This atlas beats all the other atlas hands down. I have never seen one atlas contain some many color examples of all the major disease causing microbes and how each one responds to the various diagnostic tests that are performed on them. A must for anyone who is in college for microbiology or clinical lab tech. Each photo has a paragraph next to it detailing which organism it is, along with detailing what the results of the test are and why.
